  Pulled up at 9pm, Waited for a long time in drive thru and no answer at all. Absolutely unacceptable. Thankfully Mequon has many other great places to eat. This Arby’s won’t be here in a few years I can tell you that if this is the way they are.

  I actually arrived around 10:36pm right before closing. They told me they’d have to put down fresh strips for my wraps. I frequent the wraps here especially on busier days. They were made cook to order right before closing. Thank you so much to both of the gentlemen who made sure they gave me quality food even as closing time was approaching. It’s greatly appreciated! So glad to have Arby’s in town.

  Slowest Arby's ever. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Do NOT go to this location

  So while I had a pretty rough experience here some months back, I decided to try it again 2 times in the last week or two and received very nice customer service both times. And the dining room was much more tidy. I'm glad if customer service still matters, and we were heard. Thank you
