  I came in right before close and was probably an inconvenience because I ordered food but Aubrey was so sweet and professional and did a great job! She reassured me that it was no issue and made my crappy night way better by being so sweet to me!!!

  When you give food to an Uber Eats driver OR a Door Dasher, make sure they speak English or understand basic human communication or read an address. I didn't get my food order because of how incompetent this driver was. Name was Maria. In regards to customer service at this location, whoever answered the phone the morning of Monday, February 23rd is incompetent to handle basic human communication. The lady did not care what I had to say NOR did she even listen when I said the words "Uber Eats" and proceeded to say "Door Dash". These franchises are going to go out of business if these employees act like reality, is a script. That phone call was a nightmare to handle. Felt like talking to Siri. Sad and pathetic.

  We did a mobile order 3 hours before closing, we were the only ones in the store when we arrived about 10 minutes after placing our order. Aubry was serving our drinks and immediately gave off a rude, condescending attitude. I noticed that my drink was missing cold foam, so I politely said “oh I ordered cold foam on that drink” while pointing to one of the two. Aubry immediately rolled her eyes and yanked the drink off and carelessly took of and dropped the lid, leaving the drink spilled on the counter. She then came back with a little bit of cold foam spilled on top of the drink, and rolled her eyes as she handed it to us. I said thank you and have a great night, and she shut the window on me mid sentence. Please ask your workers to treat the customer nicer, as I know everyone has bad days, but in no way is that my fault. Both of our drinks were very poorly made as well.

  This place was the opposite of friendly.. it took about 10-15 to get our 2 drinks, and bagel.. she forgot to put our avocado toast on so my husband went back inside to get it, and it is topped with a measly amount of burnt bacon… plus++ she was rude to him for pulling “too far forward” when after 10-15 minutes he was moving to a parking spot to go in to grab the food and save her a walk… this is easily the worst Dunkin’ we’ve ever been too, and we are Dunkin’ loving truck drivers…
