Despite being clearly overwhelmed she did a great job helping the people coming in and I’m assuming also online orders (drive thru was closed). There was obviously not another person in the bathroom or taking a break being I had been there waiting for 30 minutes. Whoever runs this Dunkin’ should be ashamed having that store open when they only have one employee present. That sort of expectation on one person is absurd. Be proud of your employee because you could not pay hardly anyone these days a single wage or a wage high enough to work the way she was this morning. Plenty of revenue was lost this morning just in the half hour I was there due to having to wait since there was only one person getting orders out. 10/5 stars for the employee 0/10 for the business
