How bout instead of gossiping up front about how long the wait is, you go back and flip them burgers and decrease the wait time.

Long wait times, orders with countless mistakes. I mean 5 times in a row I’ve ordered the bbq chicken tenders and they’ve came plain. When will this restaurant ever hold some accountability for itself and get its act together.
