  This review is for the Arbys out by the highway. I stopped there on Monday about 3 pm, got the meat plus 3 , it was very good, put together very well and the people were very nice.

  Sad interior condition. Worn carpet, tables with grime, bathrooms dilapidated. Needs an update. Food was typical for Arby's but the interior appearance is bad.

  Absolutely unacceptable service. The staff showed zero customer service skills and appeared clueless about their own app. No greeting, no courtesy, no “thank you”—nothing. I was treated like an annoyance for simply placing an order. When the food was ready, they shouted my name across the restaurant instead of bringing it out. This place can’t meet even the lowest fast-food standards. McDonald’s and Culver’s put this location to shame. I will not be returning.
