  Orders are consistently accurate, and the food and drinks are always made well. However, the customer service can be hit or miss. Staff are not always friendly, and when asking questions, the responses can sometimes come across as dismissive or rude. Additionally, promotions don’t always seem to be honored at this location. Even when showing proof through the app, emails, or text messages, there can be confusion or refusal to apply advertised deals. Hoping to see some improvement in customer service and consistency with promotions.

  I love Dunkin’s coffee, but have been disappointed in their donuts. We don’t get them often but every time we have, they are dry, very little filling on the inside.. we ordered a dozen for Easter weekend, they once again were dry on Friday, by Saturday they were rock hard. For a place that calls themselves Dunkin’s Donuts, I would expect for them to have the best donuts around, but I think I’ll stick to the occasional gas station donuts instead, sadly.

  3 for 3 now. Dry, stale donut. A sprinkle, chocolate and glazed. 3 different donut. 3 different days. Garbage. Also, how does someone mix up a simple coffee and sprinkle donut order?

  They say they are open at 5am but I came at 5:05 and the lights were off and there wasn’t anyone there…

  When you give food to an Uber Eats driver OR a Door Dasher, make sure they speak English or understand basic human communication or read an address. I didn't get my food order because of how incompetent this driver was. Name was Maria. In regards to customer service at this location, whoever answered the phone the morning of Monday, February 23rd is incompetent to handle basic human communication. The lady did not care what I had to say NOR did she even listen when I said the words "Uber Eats" and proceeded to say "Door Dash". These franchises are going to go out of business if these employees act like reality, is a script. That phone call was a nightmare to handle. Felt like talking to Siri. Sad and pathetic.
