  Literally went in at 10:20 after placing an order at 9:50, mind you they open at 9:30. NO ONE in the store, doors open. Someone messed up bad either they didnt show up for their shift AND the closer forgot to lock up; or their hours posted online are wrong AND the closer forgot to lock up... Literally got a call from corporate in the parking lot telling me my order is canceled theyre closed. Like, the damn doors are open I walked in and called out to no one there at all.

  By far the worst pizza we’ve ever gotten. Asked for well done and our pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way through. It wasn’t even edible. Even my pizza loving 4 year old didn’t like it. Only got the pan style to try and I will never get one again. Gross. 🤢

  I was here 1/28/26 at 8:07pm. I walked in the store. There was 3 guys working. Nobody spoke at all. One guy even went as far, to greet the guy next to me. Totally giving me the snub. I then asked the young man walking pass, with ear buds ignoring me. The kid look like he was offended ,for be asked about food. There was even an older guy there. Listen, when you ignore me, that doesn't say it's something wrong with me. It does say you are dangerously insecure though. Do better with everyone.

  Order with low expectations. 2 stars for the deal and the garlic butter. *say something nice about Papa John’s: Great deal 2 pizzas for $34 when we needed something last minute. Bad: pizza quality whoever made our pizzas didn’t spread out the sauce and toppings so half the pizza was just crust. The stuffed crust pizza the crust was undercooked and had raw dough so when I called back the manager didn’t have any resolution. When I showed up to pick up the pizza there was one manager that seemed to be the only one working and was on what sounded like personal call arguing with someone while he was gathering my order. This location always seems to have some type of staffing issue and is incredibly inconsistent. The only time I order is when I’m in a pinch and enough time has passed that I forgot how bad my previous Papa John’s experience here was.

  Do NOT place a delivery order from this location! I placed my order via phone at 4:55pm and received email confirmation. Then an hour later notified the order was being processed through door dash and was going to take another 45 min to be delivered (new ETA 6:55pm). I called the store location thinking this was a mistake and was on hold for 10 min to talk to someone. They said this was not a mistake and they are behind because there was only one person on staff. I then spoke to the manager who told me that I should be "grateful" I'm getting my pizza since people are waiting longer than me. He said this is common at their location and that next time I order I should call and ask for 30% off. Do not believe their estimated delivery times!
