  This place has gone so down hill and we won't be back. Ordered pickup, I don't know if no one there can read or what cuz what I asked for and what I got was crap. On top of it you now pay 2.50 for extra cheese and you don't even get the extra cheese. 3 strikes. Don't order ahead cuz your order will be awful

  Quantity and quality at this location is extremely poor. Just picked up my sub and quantity is very poor.

  Placed an order over an hour in advance and it wasn’t on time and the only thing right about my sandwich was the chicken onion and lettuce. Wrong bread wrong sauce missing and added veggies. Also didn’t get the special cup I paid for. Annoying. Incredibly. So much mustard I don’t even like mustard.

  First off, im not one to complain about my food. This was a horrible experience, went in with my girlfriend who used to work there so she knows exactly how things are supposed to go. The girl working acted as if she didnt need the job, we were the only ones in the restaurant and she was very rushed, the quantities she gave us were whacked to the point the bread knife almost became part of the sandwich because she had to stuff the thing so tight just to close it! The lines of sauce were applied as if she was emptying the bottles just for us, how thoughtful thinking were definiteley getting our moneys worth... The major mistake was when my girlfriend asked for a "few" jalepenos and she got a heaping handful but instead of throwing away excess the employee threw the peppers back into the containers even with sauce on them, I should have left at that moment. I filed a complaint on the subway website asking for a refund and promptly got an email response by the manager who offered a coupon for 4 free 6" subs even after hearing how disgusted I was by my experience. I came back to find a solution and the manager was very very nice and responsive but her supervisor was very reluctant to give me a refund but finally agreed, only after trying to make a point by telling me he watched the cameras and saw nothing wrong besides the jalapeno error and refusing to hear my opinion. Im not bitter but extremely disappointed, I went there to "eat fresh" I got home and lost my appetite almost immediately after opening the sub wrapping to find a soggy sub that could not even stay together This is not acceptable in any restaurant setting I will never eat at this location again and anyone should be cautious to see how there food is prepared.
