It was disappointing that the restaurant still chose to send the order out in that condition, as it was obvious they were inedible. When I called to address the issue, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He informed me that they “don’t give refunds” and only offer in-store credit. I was confused as to why a refund wasn’t possible for an order that was clearly unacceptable. Instead of trying to help, he was sarcastic and dismissive, telling me I must be “confused” for not knowing their policy — then hung up on me. This was a very frustrating experience. The quality of the food and the lack of basic customer service were both unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location again.

We called and were out sourced to who knows who and were told to bring proof of the issue to the store. This could have been easily resolved, but they refused. After this experience we will never order from here again and I'd suggest you don't either.
