When I called to address the issue, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He informed me that they “don’t give refunds” and only offer in-store credit. I was confused as to why a refund wasn’t possible for an order that was clearly unacceptable. Instead of trying to help, he was sarcastic and dismissive, telling me I must be “confused” for not knowing their policy — then hung up on me. This was a very frustrating experience. The quality of the food and the lack of basic customer service were both unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location again.
