  Went inside waited 7 minutes while they getting together, then some guy too the cash drawer to the back. Waited 25 minutes for someone to have a drawer then I ordered and I only had cash, a $50 I I believe it was the manager who said she doesn’t except )50dollar bills. Although the cash drawer was taken. It was absolutely ridiculous that I was waiy30 minutes. I called Germantown in County Line, in Silver Spring they take $59 and was told they could have gone to the safe. I grabbed the $50 out of her hand and left. I have had so many issues with this McDonalds that this. I live only 3 minutes away and I will never ever go back to this McDinalds in Appleton Ave in Menomonee Falls. I will drive a little further to get good customer Service also get fries that are fresh and hot as well as the food. They also greet you with a smile. If I could give a 0 star u would have.

  I had the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and it was so good, that was the first time it wasn't hard. I think they may put them in the microwave but this was fresh

  McDonald's atmospheres nice but last time I went there they didn't do my wife's chicken sandwich right

  Every single time we come our order takes forever today we have been waiting for 20 minutes so far. We have tried the mobile app and doing our drive-through pick up or curbside pick up. We have even tried going into the counter to pick up our order no matter what we do it takes forever. And as a result about half the time the fries are cold and the chicken nuggets are hard. I will say that they’re very consistent in how long it always takes.

  Went to the secondary drive through line, and got skipped by 3 people in the primary line. Saw the sign to pull up to the 1st window if you're hearing impaired, etc. to place an order, so I rolled up to place my order since I was having trouble hearing anyone asking to take my order. Was told sorry for not being noticed, but they can't take orders at the window. Went to the other McDonald's across town and didn't have any problems there, guess I'll just go to that one in the future since they actually have good service.
