  I've stopped three times now and have to say this McD's has given me good food each time. I came inside once and noticed groups of people eating together, which is a sign of a well run, clean facility. The only slight issue I would have is that the drive thru has taken Way Too Long Each Time. Twice there was nobody in front of me and once I used the app to order 10min before I got there. It didn't seem to matter what time it was, the drive thru was exceptional slow. If the drive thru speed picks up or I eat inside, I will change my stars, depending how it goes.

  I was asking for support and they kept declining my call. Horrible service. I placed an order with the app and I accidentally put it at a different McDonald’s. They were rude and having an attitude. That worker didn’t even care to help me out. How is me talking normally, yelling? They go out of there way to complain, then why work there?

  They was rude second shift supervisor had me waiting 20 minutes in drive thru for food to say they don’t take cash who don’t take cash at a fast food restaurant I why you didn’t say that at the intercom

  I will absolutely not be ordering from here again the hassle we had to go through. First of all I ordered through the app waited in line for almost 30 minutes the mobile order was already placed. One of the employees came out and told me I cannot get my food. They were saying we have to get our refund through the app but couldn’t even help with how to get my refund also gave me part of my order the coffee

  First all seemed busy under stable. Didn’t have a problem till I got to second window to receive my food I get my food and was told to move forward for a coke cuz it need to be change, sitting there for at least 10 min ate probably like 3 fries I go in finally to get my soda it definitely was busy and I understand that the soda machine run out but how long does it take to change it ? I actually work with the same type of soda machine and change it bout 5 times a day I would say it doesn’t take me longer than five mine especially with a full staff. I definitely feel like you need your team to be in positions better cuz to be sent to wait for a coke it crazy when it’s usually the first thing you get and the funny thing is I would of been fine with sprite. You can tell there use to lying with how quick there response were to get the job done and it was crazy I’m very understanding but damn. And idk if there funny or chopped but number 7 doesn’t mean 7 nuggets it mean 10 I realized that when I got home smh.. just do better and member your handling people food and at work.
