- JBJen Bartkowiak4 days ago1.0Went through the drive thru and had a very hard time getting order across to the lady in the store , seemed like order was lost in translation. When we got to window to pay and she went to hand us our drink we told her we ordered a cookie butter cloud late (the drink she had did not come close to what we had ordered) the lady began to argue with us saying she asked us twice what we wanted. I was completely shocked at her behavior she was actually expecting us to just take the drink she thought we ordered and she was scolding us. At this point I was livid and asked her if I was the customer or NOT! This lady in the afternoon is so beyond rude! The early morning girls are amazing. This lady seems to be part of the family that owns this one and possibly the one on pilgrim as I believe she has been rude there as well. So ridiculous.

They forgot the hash browns and my bagel minis were cold. I also asked for salt and pepper packets which were not in the bag. Guess I'll stick to breakfast times only.
