I ordered a drink and they rung it up wrong, and I came back inside to tell them that they rung it up wrong, and wasnt made correctly while asking nicely could they remake it. TWO Employees (Indian girls) looked me up and down with they face turned up and told me “well the vanilla is unsweetened and you can’t taste it anyway. Then I said “I know, but yall put extra vanilla swirl (that I didn’t order) in there and then also but 3 extra pumps of the unsweetened vanilla when I asked for just 1 instead”. Then both of the Indian girl said “do you not understand that it’s unsweetened??!! It won’t even taste like anything”. So I just said ok and left with my drink made wrong. I was very polite and even apologized for coming back to ask them to fix THERE mistake. But I won’t be coming back to this location again.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
