  Service was slower than expected, but jalapeno ranch grilled chicken sandwich was good, and the strawberry hibiscus lemonade was excellent.

  The worst chic fil A you will ever go to. Food takes 15-20 minutes weather you dine in or go through the drive thru. May or may not be cold when you get it. Watching the staff move in slow motion, get orders wrong, and not communicate was horrific.

  This place sucks. Everything about it terrible. Employees are slow….. physically and mentally. Foods trash, and takes forever, plus it’s dirty. Complete failure they should close it down

  I decided to treat myself to chick fil a breakfast this morning before heading to work. I placed a mobile order to beat a potential rush hour just because chick fil a always appears to be busy. That being said, when I got to the restaurant in Menomonee Falls there wasn’t a single car. I honestly thought maybe it was closed. I pulled thru the mobile order line, scanned the QR code and turned the corner to the window. There was one car ahead of me but that’s it. I waited behind that car for 10 minutes. I can confidently say that because I was already going to be late to work and I was contemplating just leaving and canceling my order but I wasn’t sure if that was an option. After the car in front of me got their order and I pulled up there was only the manager and a young girl worker. I waited another 5 minutes- I would occasionally look through the window to see what was going on and I saw the manager scolding someone behind the kitchen. I thought how bold to do it in front of the window. I also heard her tell him “you add cheese to that” and didn’t think much of it. Well she gave me my food and wasn’t very warm and friendly. She appeared she did not want to be there. I pulled away and drove to work. Once I got to work I took my breakfast out (hash brown, egg, chicken and cheese scrambler) and there was no cheese in either bowl. I was very irritated because the customer service at this location was already poor and now they messed up my order. I’ve never had a bad experience at any chick fil a restaurant but this one. The west Allis one is top tier! Anywho, if I wanted to be greeted rudely, wait a while when there’s only two cars (including mine), and get my order messed up…. I would’ve gone to McDonald’s for a way cheaper price. Not happy with Menomonee Falls location. Don’t want to return there again.

  I used to love this breakfast sandwich but it is to the point that you cannot even pick it up without it crumbling to pieces. They never used to be like this. Something must have changed. Really disappointing. And it is really stupid how they changed the mobile thru months ago. It definitely makes me spend less money here now sadly. I know lots of others that feel the same way. Bring it back please!!
