  I always order online and pick it up. Although i do have to wait a little bit for it,i understand. They do not have. lot of employees and the ones working are doing there best to get acurate subs made. Always pretty quiet in there,but i think thats because people order and pick up or go in to order the. leave rather than eat there. Keeps it clean.

  Ordered my sandwich online, waited for 20 minutes outside the store, nobody had came in or out, and I go to collect it and wasn't even started yet

  If I could give this experience a zero I would. Ordered on the app, pulled up and the lights were off, door locked, and no one answered the drive thru. Finally had to honk the horn until a female worker came to the drive thru window. Order said picked up before I even got there. The wrap was cold with the chicken and bacon not being warmed at all. The bacon was just put on straight from the cooler area. There were 6 pieces of chicken on the wrap that costs $12! Both the wrap and the sub had minimal ingredients on both. I tried to call to follow up with the employee but the automated message said it was after hours while Google said it was open until 9. This call was made at 8 pm. I did leave a message requesting a full refund.

  Ran out of the Sub of The Day - teriyaki - before noon. Should have charged any sub at the Sub of the day price .

  How they just going to automatically add a tip onto the slip?? Didn't ask or have it as an option on the keypad. Not sure if the cashier put it on or if it's an automatic this. 🤔 Not ok either way.
