  I order my food believing what the posters on the windows say, drive thru guy acknowledge the posters and still charged regular price. They also tried to charge me extra for dipping sauce when I ordered two 10 pieces, one with bbq and one with sweet and sour. All because he decided to make it a single 20 piece....can't give me one of each in a 20 piece. Used to be if you advertise a price or deal you'd honor it, even if the screw up was yours. Canceled order because of it.

  Wait over 25 mins in the drive thru for a couple things and this happens all the time more like slow food not fast food

  i was ordering my food and they forgot my fries so i went back to get my fries and they refuse to give me my fries

  Prices here have gotten out of hand.. McDonald’s used to be where you take your family because you don’t have a lot of money. But now it’s $50 to eat here. Which is still cheep, but used to be able to feed an army for that .. food was the same as always hasn’t gotten bigger or better. Service is good, but the wage increase doesn’t seem to have anyone working quicker .. I ordered from the app and it said my food was ready, but they parked me for 10 min while they made it.. that’s ridiculous.. not sure why the people working the drive can’t get food out the window like they used to.. now it’s everyone pull forward and we will bring it out… atmosphere is less kids place and more corporate looking these days.. hardly ever see the Ronald and Grimace or birdie status any more.. this one still has a play place at least…
