Even frustrated the young man was very courteous and professional. Y'all have a good one there. 12-26-25

- DDDianaOct 6, 20251.0I used to order pick ups from this location a lot but today was my last visit. I’m a vegetarian and always order the same item - a 6” veggie sub. My sub today smelled and tasted like dirty gloves and meat. I don’t know how often they are supposed to change their gloves but it was disgusting. The wrapping paper had that smell as well. I don’t complain about the meat smell/taste tho because I understand it’s impossible to avoid cross contamination.

We regularly order a large number of sandwiches from subway 1 time a year for our APT trip in Spring Green.. well last night we were told “I’m not doing that” by the crew working! So my grandma & her friend did not get their sandwiches.. how DISGUSTING! They even used the app & called ahead but were turned away.. 11 sandwiches is too much to make? Good to know. Mazo subway I will call corporate since you stated they are the reason you would not fulfill your app order (even tho most are franchise & corporate wouldn’t have anything to do with it) & I will speak to your upper management. Terrible to send two ladies to not have any food at their picnic! I hope the DeForest Subway location is much better than the crew working last night in Mazo around 5pm.
