    Ordered a chocolate shake, and it wasn't even mixed properly. Curly fries were hard and crunchy. Ham and cheese melt was dry, cheese wasn't melted completely. Restaurant was clean. Service was okay, other than telling the cashier 3 times what our name was and she still got it wrong.

    Food was good, one employee to run the store. She was not a happy person and it showed in her interaction, and customer service 😞. She needs help in the store we believe. I'm sure she's a nice person but last evening was not her shining moment.

    They cannot get the order correct, told them 3 times at the drive thru, only cheese and only tarter sauce nothing about lettuce and they had it on there, if they can't hear on headpiece shut down the drive thru lanes.

    One of my favorite places to stop for grub when I’m on the road. Always fresh and hot food. The staff are super friendly. Keep up the great work Mauston WI Arby’s!
