And the worker did that for me, amd the manager cones to tell him, we dont do that. Very rude, just out of plain laziness not principle. After ordering I watch the app and someone always starts "preparing" the pizza yet 40 minutes later it hasn’t even reached the baking stage. When I thought it might just be an app glitch I went in person and the screen indicated another 40–50 minute delay after already waiting more than half an hour. A lot of people working there but somehow far slower than a one man pizza joint would be.

There were no customers in there when we first came in. There were at least 5 workers in there doing basically nothing. Got told it was gonna be another 15-20 minutes and they hadn’t even started on it. Unless you got time to waste don’t go here. Should not take a whole hour to make one pizza. Only saw one delivery driver leave in the 45 minutes we sat in the parking lot. Very disappointed in the workers.
