    Order beef and cheddar double no cheese on it order curly fries got all tiny pieces must of been the bottom of the bag and the French dip is much small then the picture

    I just got food from here and they went above and beyond. How they served me to get my food is how any place that makes food should be I ordered through the drive-thru and look places make mistakes, I should know. I used to work in the restaurant industry. They messed up my order (forgot to hand me a shake i ordered) not a big deal, and they caught the issue with an allergy on a burger i have. They informed me about their mistake and were very prompt to fix it. They didn't need to do this part even though they are required to they did give me something extra for the mistake but I was okay with everything I would definitely come back here because they care about customers and their well-being for an allergy

    i rarely ever go to arby’s but yesterday i decided to give it another try and although the roast beef sandwich was good.. my fries tasted like cleaner? like literal cleaning supplies. in the drive thru i felt very rushed by one lady in particular. i gave 2 stars because the sandwich was good but otherwise yeah… i probably won’t eat there again unfortunately.
