  Threw my sub away. I gave this place a second chance since it’s new manager but still unsanitary. This guy make sand which and scratches his hairy arm and didn’t change gloves and went back to making my sub. I’m totally gross out. Don’t waste your money at this place. I will never go there again.

  Today I brought in a volleyball team of girls and forgot to call first, it was so overwhelming for the staff working on her own and then had angry customers coming in after us. Mandy was amazing, she was kind and patient and made our subs perfectly! She deserves a raise, credit, appreciation and all of the things!

  Mandy was probably the most rude sandwich artist I've ever delt with. Made me and my daughter very uncomfortable, complaining and laughing with frustration because asked for veggies in a different order than what she's used to apparently, this was after I said lightly toasted and she laughed and acted like she was just going to stop making our sandwiches. No tip for you, trash.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this Subway. I placed my order through the app and had the mobile receipt showing it was already paid for. When I went to pick it up, the lady refused to give me my order, saying she didn’t see it in her system. Even after I showed my receipt clearly proving payment, she still wouldn’t honor it. Completely unacceptable service. I left without my food even though I paid.

  I have never left a review for a fast food restaurant but felt this needed to be said. An employee was rude the entire time we were placing our order (even towards our 4 children, who were quiet and just trying to give their order). A handful of people came in after us, and the 2nd employee was possibly new, but took an extremely long time to finish each sandwich and to ring up our order, making the line behind us long. By the time we got our food, all of the hot food was cold. We've always enjoyed Subway, and I like to show strangers kindness, but this was just unacceptable especially when our bill was almost $85. The constant rudeness and cold food will definitely make us not go back to this particular Subway again.
