  I ordered the space jam box online 2 med pizzas 1 order of bread sticks and an order of cinnamon sticks. I special ordered 1 of the pizzas to be a pan pizza. It ended up being hand tossed. I also upgraded the bread sticks to the garlic cheesy sticks. They cooked the garlic cheesy sticks and the cinna sticks on the same bread. My cinnasticks tasted like garlic. I know they did that because when they cut the bread there was half a slice of garlic cheesy bread attached to the cinnasticks. And the way they cut the pizza. I know 4 year olds that can cut more evenly than the way the pizzas were cut. I thought that the standards would improve with a new building and new staff. Obviously I was wrong. After seeing a lot of these recent reviews, and experiencing it myself, nothing has changed.

  Extremely slow moving. Im the only one in the drive through and its slow barely no one in the store.

  So i ordered a couple pizzas and some breadsticks on my lunch break for me and my coworkers and i had to wait 20 mins after estimated wait time and then they give me breadsticks that have been sitting there for 20 minutes and then I finally get back and look at everything and the breadsticks are only halfway coated with Parmesan and The other half have solid butter on top and the whole thing covered in grease. so we go back to re-get them done and the lady that takes our order was super rude and they ended up remaking it but we paid extra for sauce and didnt ever get it im over frustrated with this establishment at this point this isn’t the first time this has happened

  First time ordering from the new location... They missed 3 items, causing us to go back in multiple times and claimed were were wrong about the missing food. New yorker & chicken bacon Parmesan melt were pretty disappointing. Everything else tasted like normal pizza hut, so I assume it's just a poor recipe. Probably won't go back.
