  While I like taco bell food....this location used to just be a hit or miss of bad service however lately its just bad. Last time we tried eating there.....Noone came to the register even after seeing us standing there....then a lady finally saw us and was coming up not to take our order but to complain about working too long and having troubles with punching out. A few mins later a diffrent guy came up and told us they were out of beef and that it would be 15mins to just get that cooked.....we left

  2 new people working....BEYOND polite and we're working as quick as they could. Food was hot, tasted good and excellent customer service

  I give a 5 star only for the older gentleman that was working tonight. Around 5ish, 4:59 to be exact, I was order number 140. The older man I know saw me walk in. I was having a horrible day and had just had a rude encounter with an employee at Panda Express minutes before. When the older man gave me my food he gave me a smile and said, “got the extra shredded cheese” and gave me not one but two thumbs up. He made me smile and my day was instantly better!!! It’s the little things like this that people do that make the fast food experience enjoyable. I don’t know the man’s name but I just want to say thank you for making my horrible day better☺️

  I usually never have a problem and drive-thru workers are usually very pleasant. However today I got my usual beefy 5 layer burrito with rice and grilled... there was almost no cheese rice was all at one end, there was the red tortilla strips and an insane amount of them and non existent beef... 3/4 my burrito was refried beans...so I called the store and they said they would remake it and just tell the drive thru... so I did and the guy sounded pissed that I had complained and was told to come back through... I had told him exactly what I told the guy on the phone and he was real short and just said pull ahead and basically threw my burrito at me and shut the window and turned away and I even tried to say thanks....tried new burrito and first bite was straight up refried beans....I have never called corporate on a place but that was shitty... mind you this was a adult male not some teenager working drive through
