This is the second time it's happened this week. I'm done with McDonald's. Done with the app. Done with their points and their rewards and all this nonsense and lack of customer service. They refuse to correct the issue at the restaurant, all it would have taken is giving me my measly $5 meal for free. It's not my fault the app is down, but now I don't have lunch. Shame on you Mcdonald's, you should know better how to serve your customers, and now you've not only lost my business, but I have made other people aware that you don't take care of your customers, and they can take their business to the other hundreds of restaurants offering value meals that actually have functioning apps.

They made it immediately after I put in the order. I waited about 25 minutes just waiting for a dasher to be assigned and it was a dasher from two rivers, and that drive there and to my house from two rivers is then long. So my food was absolutely cold, no flavor, and there was also hair in it! And this is not the only bad experience I've had. I have had a bad experience whenever I eat from this specific McDonald's. Just awful.
