    Absolutely a joke. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for 1 sandwich. Never got my sandwich either because I didn’t have time to wait.

    Steak nuggets should be taken off menu. They are nothing but dried up pot roast. Not juicy or tender but chewy. Tried the bowl it was.luke warm. The Italian club was a better sandwich. My ARBY'S usually delieves excellent food and service. Staff is always pleasant and friendly. Service is great
