  Slow service. Had no idea how to make the drinks we ordered. While waiting another employee walked in looking like she just rolled out of bed, put on a headset, and started taking orders (it was about 11:45am). Got our drinks which were not good and found hair in one of them.

  It's hard to get anything you want to be made right in store, good luck doordashing with these buffoons. They never make the food to order, they gave me a latte when I ordered a cappuccino, I'm sorry but I'm not dumb. Also if you've had the luxury to ever walk into this business, they are super rude and condescending, especially their manager.

  The place is filthy, including the sitting area, work area and bathroom. Never very friendly. Have been there twice and will not be back

  Always quick, professional and friendly. Nice to stop in and grab coffees and breakfast sandwiches for the family in less than five minutes.

  Went to dunkin today, I go pretty regularly. I order my bf and I our drinks. I was mostly finding with my drink when I noticed while stirring it that there was something at the bottom of the cup, at first I thought it was just the straw, it was not. I poured my drink out into another cup and to my surprise there was some sort of cap in my drink. I’ve never experienced anything like that before. I didn’t call because it had already been about an hour after I ordered when I realized and was out of town for an event. Not sure how it ended up in the cup without someone knowing.
