- SLSarah LeeMar 28, 20261.0My son ordered online, he placed it for carryout on accident, called them told them he wanted delivery, they then canceled the order and told him to reorder. They never canceled the order went through he never got his refund and whenever we try to call we get the run around. The place is sometimes over crowded and 1 time we went in there we had an order placed with 5 fountain drinks. Their soda machine wasn't working so instead of refunding our money for drinks they told us we can get ONE lemonade. Do not at all recommend this location. Go to Gammon Road or Fish Hashery. Our mistake was giving this location more than one chance. Had to dispute through the bank after they kept the money and he didn't get his food. Unprofessional at it's finest.

Handed the cashier 29 in cash and wanted to pay the remaining of the balance on card remaining amount $16 dollar. The time we got home and checked our bank account we were charged the full amount of $45 dollars as if the cash amount handed was not even put in place for food balance. Called restaurant they remembered who we were said they can’t do anything without the receipt even though we had the receipt number told us to contact the bank. What’s the bank suppose to do if you were the one who handled the transaction all wrong.

However, Joshua did such a good job managing the huge crowd of people and genuinely trying to distribute orders in the best way possible!
