    Clerk claims to not know what lettuce is. What the hell?! Stale bread and didn’t put any veggies on. When I called to clarify, the employee claimed to not know what lettuce is. Again; what the hell?!

    New management is subpar. Lacks health standards. Someone who appeared to be the wife of the owner/manager behind the line in her pajamas. Cutting board + Knife not cleaned.

    Worker didn't wear gloves. He also placed my sandwich on dirty parchment that was covered in grease, sauce, and dried meat. I contacted customer service multiple times but they won't respond.
