Our family has worked in food for generations—owning grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, and delis—building a deep respect for craft, quality, and feeding people well. Inspired by my grandfather Antonio, an immigrant and World War I veteran who built his life around food and community, we carry that approach forward today. We focus on well-executed pizza and pasta made with high-quality local ingredients, right down to the flour.
