  I had two terrible experiences at this store. First time they made us wait for an hour on top of our pick up time. Second time, I ordered breadsticks. When i went to pick up they said they are out of breadsticks and they upgraded my order to garlic bread which is lower in price. I didn't knew how that was even upgrade. The garlic bread was completely burnt too. Will never order from this place again

  Music to my ears seeing this place fail. Thanks for removing my other review. That must have been a run around! I know it's not easy working with Google 😆 1 year and and 1 month of waiting for your follow up. I got many years to go and many reviews to write and lots of people to tell about your awesome service. And to think you could have just followed up and made this right. Maybe next time you decide to not answer your phone and leave a family outside for an hour you'll do the right thing.

  I had a really good experience at this Pizza Hut location. The two staff members working at the front, a male and a female teenager, were both very approachable and polite the whole time I was there. Even though the place was busy and there was a long line, they stayed calm, friendly, and kept everyone updated on the status of their orders. What stood out the most was how well they handled the pressure. There were several DoorDash drivers who were being impatient and somewhat disrespectful, but the two employees still stayed professional and respectful while trying to help everyone as quickly as possible. It’s not easy dealing with a busy rush and difficult customers, but they handled it really well and still made sure people felt acknowledged. Their positive attitude and communication made the whole experience much better.

  Just a terrible version of what a restaurant should be. Even bad by Pizza Hut standards. I've received multiple incorrect orders from this establishment. The last time I placed an order, I never received my order at all and still haven't received my refund 10 days later. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

  I ordered using the app. I went 20 minutes after my pickup time since this place is usually busy. Apparently they gave my order to a dasher. They said they need to remake my order. Again, I purposely came to pickup late since they are busy. I was not going to wait another 20 minutes so I said I want my refund. Manager did not apologize and said he will put credit to my account. I said no and the manager gave me cash when I ordered through an app. I had to ask why he isn’t putting the refund back to my card. He said the system will not allow that. After that, he just gave me cash for my refund. Again, no apology for their mistake. I asked him why there is no apology then he said was he was going to. He had 2 minutes to do so but he did not. Also, since this is their fault, he should have apologized at first. They messed up 2 orders, mine and to place dasher took my food to. Not ordering from this location.
