  We were ignored and had to ask for cups for coffee. Both the light and dark road urns were empty. The decaf left an inch worth of grounds in the bottom of the cup leaving my mouth full of grounds for my last swing. The restrooms were both filthy. There were brooms, a ladder trash strewn everywhere. The man making food was wearing gloves but also touching his face, cap and several orders of food. Mismanaged. Disgusting. Never again.

  Ridiculously slow service. Ordered only two bakery items from the kiosk inside for take out and it took them 12 minutes to bring it out. I keep wanting to give them a chance but this is it.

  We've been to a few Pamera Bread locations. We were in Madison and came across this one, a little different than the others, possibly best known for their drive up. But it was nice inside too. A+ and there's a fireplace!

  I genuinely don’t understand what’s going on with this Panera location lately, but it’s becoming a pattern and it’s extremely frustrating. The last several times I’ve ordered a bread bowl with soup through DoorDash, the order arrives with just the soup and no bread bowl at all. The bread bowl is literally the entire point of ordering that item. If I wanted soup in a regular container, I would have ordered soup in a regular container. At first I assumed it was a simple mistake. It happens. But when it happens multiple times in a row, it starts to feel less like an accident and more like the order simply isn’t being fulfilled correctly. Bread bowls aren’t a garnish or an optional side. They’re the main feature of the meal. Sending out a “bread bowl soup” without the bread bowl is like selling someone a sandwich and forgetting the bread. If the location is out of bread bowls, the honest thing to do is mark them unavailable in the app or contact the customer. Just sending incomplete orders over and over again is not good service. Panera used to be a reliable comfort food stop. Lately it feels like a gamble whether you’ll receive what you actually ordered.
