  This McDonalds is a joke Restrooms locked up with a keypad to get in mostly always and only is open to the public whenever the workers feel like it. At the time of visiting on 4/6/26 they were unlocked but the restrooms were not that clean anyways. The interior/lobby could be cleaner The food is ok in quality,taste and temperature. The employees could be more helpful and actually take care of the customers.They just ignore you even though you’re trying to call them over to get assistance.orders are also just left there for a long time and won’t bring them over until whenever they feel like doing so. Won’t be back.

  Okay, I don't know what it is about this specific location on s park, but the workers here are rude and I get so stressed out ordering food from this location. I always order through the app. It consistently takes them SEVERAL minutes just to acknowledge you at the drive thru for you to even tell them your code. Today it took them almost 10 minutes and they just kept telling me to hold on. More than once, they've told me to pull up to the second pick-up window, which is also marked with a 2, but then they'd shout at me from the first window telling me that I'm at the wrong window?? Like they literally yell " it's at second window!" from the FIRST WINDOW. I just stop at every window now because I really don't want to be shouted at again. Today, I picked up my food, and the lady that handed it to me just glared at me and said nothing after I just said thank you, have a nice day 😭 Look I get it, I worked at McDonald's, I work in customer service currently and I know it's not an easy job, but I've been made so uncomfortable so many times now that I will just go out of my way to a different location.

  This McDonaldt is so disgusting that they don't even mind you seeing the drive- thru associate, go from taking your dirty money to dipping off into the secret world of Dirty dining out mode for whatever's Common sense tells most of us that this type of reckless./ carekess food preparation is indicative of Poor food training and professional ethics , No one is holding a standard for others to follow here, they are but it's far below the expectations of people born indoors and who live around soap and water so today Ill pay for it again with a sore throat for a while tomorrow who knows ,we must not be confused about 1 or two positive reviews in these cases , Im the bad guy right well say if they were to hire me to work couldn't I submit an anonymous review giving the store and people Five Stars and inject my own name as I go on referring to myself as a third party ? School teaches us allot but people will always be lessons we have to learn for ourselves .if you don't mind being sick and broke all the time and wondering why things can't be better is this it ? Learn to tell when a meal is prepared to celebrate your arrival or take your money and teach you to say you luv it ! This message is to anyone with a ear to hear it seek those places having a genuine passion to provide you with a Quality experience , and extraordinary Food selection. And so there's no mix up this review is aimed at South Park right off the beltline McDonald's Where I'm sure travelers who stop here most will neverlook back. these I have now resolved to cook it myself problem solved and hopefully it will get the message out that we deserve better.
