  Ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash brown. Waited for 8 minutes and had to give up on my order. There was one woman who waddled around doing things but never filled my order or the order of a customer who was waiting already. I drive city bus so I couldn’t wait any longer. I will never go back. The bathrooms are nice.

  I made an order for a special grilled sandwich. I was thinking ok, maybe she didn't hear me. So, I return to have my order corrected, but received nothing but rudeness. I was told ,since I received it they're not going to remake or refund my money. BUT not before ignoring and acknowledging i was standing asking repeatedly. Both managers on duty have bad attitudes and should not be working in customer service.

  I think im done ordering from this location I always have soggy fries and this time I dont even have half of a large fry any drink I get i never get a straw in have a chocolate shake no straw also always order no onion on my burger tonight is the first night I actually got no onion

  They did not give me my fries, burgers were cold (had too heat up in the microwave) no straws or napkins. I called the store and it took them 6 times too pick up. When I explained what happened they hung up on me. Don’t waste ur time and money on this place.

  This McDonalds is by far the best one in Madison. The staff here are very friendly and hard working. The night time manager Brandon is especially helpful. When my order was wrong he corrected the issue right away for me with great care and customer service. The employee taking orders in the drive through was also very helpful and on top of things. Took my order accurately and got me my food in under 5 minutes. Thank you to the hard working employees of this location!
