  Please teach your staff how to make sandwiches correctly! I ordered a #5 vito and bit into it, just to discover that it had mayo on it. That specific sandwich is not supposed to have mayo in the first place. I also don't live close enough to return it, I was just getting it on the way home.

  Hello, I’m requesting an immediate refund for my order from Jimmy John's on University Avenue in Madison. I was so happy coming here smiling and all approaching their front door. My sandwich was completely wrong and poor quality. The bacon was cold and clearly not heated, the sandwich itself was cold and hard, there was little to no mayo despite requesting extra, no oil was added, and the onions were not as requested. I was also not offered the option to have the bread scooped out. I paid about $26 and was unable to enjoy the food at all. While the staff was polite, the food quality and accuracy were unacceptable. I expect a full refund for this order. Please respond promptly with how this will be resolved. Thank you. Will be back for follow up here on reviews, as I await managers response.

  Tried to order 20 minutes before closed and the doors were locked, the one employee there waved his hand to indicate he was not taking any more orders. Was very dissatisfied

  COACH AND GABE ARE SAINTS!!! They worked super hard to help me get enough food for a student organization event!! I cannot sing their praises enough. We always go to this Jimmy Johns for org events, and they are always so on top of everything and have been freaky fast! So thankful for the both of them, and we cannot wait to continue working with them for future events!
