  I always love picking up orders from here. It's almost always ready and if it's not it's usually ready within 2 minutes. Friendly staff and always seems really clean.

  0/5. the assistant manager, who i am pretty sure gave me a fake name, told me this store doesn’t do deliveries for cash. i literally order from this store every weekend and pay cash for delivery. when i advised the person of this, i was told that it never happened. so they called me a liar essentially then claimed that there are no delivery bikers at the store. assistant manager should not be a manager at all. the person escalated the situation, offered no real solution, i never got the food, and was disrespected for no reason. don’t eat here.

  (Not super fast - and I say that after having worked at a JJ’s before) they did however know what “jimmy it up” meant and sandwich was 10000x better than subway.

  Not much room to sit down, but the staff is super friendly. There was a slight error in our order, and they went out of their way to fix it. Thanks guys!

  I ordered delivery at 2 AM and waited for about 45 mins and nothing came. They were closing at 3 so I called to check my order and nobody answered the phone. I called for about a half hour or so and still no answer. Finally at 3:15 AM someone answered their phone and said that my order was going to be another 25-30 mins. I told them to just cancel as I’ve already waited almost an hour and a half. The man on the phone didn’t even offer an apology or anything and just said “okay, I’ll cancel your order”. The next day I woke up and it appeared they still tried to deliver my food at 4:15 AM, as I had missed calls from one of their drivers. You really think I still wanted it 2 hours and 15 mins after ordering? I called the store the next day to confirm I was getting my money back as I was charged for this. Again no apology from the worker or no offer of any discount or such on a future order. This is horrible customer service and I will not be ordering from this place anytime soon.
