  I ordered a sandwich for delivery to my work. I received a text message within 15 mins of my order, stating that Uber Eats would be delivering my food. I ordered from Jimmy Johns for the "freaky fast delivery", not for Uber Eats to take care of my order. It took over 1 HOUR for a single sandwich to be made and be delivered. If I wanted to wait this long, I would have drove to pick it up myself / chosen a different establishment to grab lunch. or even ordered off of Uber Eats directly or DoorDash. I will never be ordering from here again.

  Just went to get my chicken wrap replaced. Staff was extremely nice and offered a remake. However I learned that the employees there are new to the company. Seems the GM hasn't been staffing very well if he thinks its acceptable to put 2 rookies together with no oversight.

  Ordered online for delivery. Took an hour and a half to get food. Hot sandwich was cold, ice melted in soda, etc. Was told that because I did not tip the driver, that they needed a third party to deliver meal. Not a happy customer.

  Ordered delivery for my lunch break at work only to have it cancelled 5 minutes before it was delivered because the location is closed. They show open on Google Maps and open in the Doordash app. They are not open. Never ordering from here again.
