And how can u tell me she didn't see this when she put it in there anyways they need real people who care about there job and respect there customers.Everytime we go there the food is either not correct missing something or the people are just rude I got greated with a lady that was obviously miserable cuz she's working there she scans my code I keep my phone next to me with it open cuz I know they don't scan correctly well after she scans it she says let me see it again it didn't work keep it accessible and I already knew this so for her to be rude and say this to me in a rude voice with her attitude already messed up I ask for ketchup she gives me it but anyways the reason I'm writing this is cuz I wasent gonna go there cuz Everytime it's wrong and they get rude with u but I had free fires so I decided to but once again get a person who's rude and upset Everytime I go there so if u want good food I suggest going to the one at 2858 Fish Hatchery Rd, Fitchburg, WI 53713 cuz not only are they nice and great there customers nice but there very polite and the food omg taste way better cuz they actually care surprisingly I just dont want someone going here with there family and expecting it to be like all the other Wendy's cuz it's not these people don't care and never will so go to Chick-fil-A if u want good food or the one in Fitchburg don't waste your money or your time here cuz it's been years and it's still the same

I sat and waited another 10 minutes before being given our food. I could see the lady who was making our food wiping her nose with tissue and continuing to work. Won't be going here again.
