We weren't in any rush so the wait wasn't an issue for us, but we did feel bad for the employee (I wish I would have looked at his name to give him credit). When we got our food we noticed that one of the sandwiches had mold on it. We kindly asked for a new bun but the employee went ahead and made a whole new one and then after he handed it to us he mentioned that a refund would be placed on the card used to purchase. We did not expect that and were pleased with how he went above and beyond when he was so busy. The replacement sandwich was delicious and so was the smoothie!!
