I arrived promptly to pick up my order and was informed that I needed to wait for the employee who refused to provide his name or wear a name tag informed me I would have to wait for the other 5 people who “were there before me.” This is despite my order being placed around 5pm with a pickup time of 5:30 PM. The employee then refused to prioritize the order ahead and left the restaurant for several minutes for a ‘break.’ My order was not ready until nearly 6pm. Crazy that it takes an hour to make 2 subs!
