I arrived promptly to pick up my order and was informed that I needed to wait for the employee who refused to provide his name or wear a name tag informed me I would have to wait for the other 5 people who “were there before me.” This is despite my order being placed around 5pm with a pickup time of 5:30 PM. The employee then refused to prioritize the order ahead and left the restaurant for several minutes for a ‘break.’ My order was not ready until nearly 6pm. Crazy that it takes an hour to make 2 subs!

Worker purposely was trying to ignore me and then went to bathroom break even though “he was very busy”

- LVLaura VSep 6, 20255.0This is the best Subway I have ever been in! Kym and company always greet everyone with a kind word and a smile - and they mean it, it is not just "words." Service was excellent. Kym comes around and cleans all tables after they are vacated, and will clear your sandwich basket, paper products when she sees you are done. What a great experience!
