There's a shorter woman who has messed up our food the last 3x. Today, she was observed swearing at staff in front of customers and knowingly messing up our food and said "oops, oh well." We will not be returning as long as she is there. Mess up once, forgivable. Mess up three times and swear at others in front of customers, we won't return.
