I had ordered a chili cheese hotdog, and after one bite, I started choking, I got up from my table when to a garbage bin and was trying to get it up, I could breathe and cough, but it was stuck and I was In need of help, None of the employees knew any sort of Medical practice, and At a food establishment that is very important, after 5 minutes of choking someone finally helped and to the guy that called 911 I really appreciate that. Thankful I was able to get it out when the police, emts, and fire department arrived, but I think it’s ridiculous that at a food establishment none of the employees knew what to do, and if it wasn’t for the guy that called 911, I would be dead

In the decade I've been going there in Arizona and now in Wisconsin.... neither of the locations can fulfill my order as asked whrn I order the Italian beef w with peppers, (Dry with the gravy on the side). Can't bring myself to complain as the Italian beef never disappoints, and im afraid if they actually give it to me the way I ordered it...? I might not like? So every now and then, when I go there, I'll just keep alternating betweent the Hot Italian beef and the Chicago dogs, which are just absolutely incredible. And maybe one day, they'll serve it to me, dry, with a side of gravy like I ask? Then again...maybe they know something I don't?
