  My order was 35 minutes late and was basically uncooked, the sauce and cheese was falling off of the crust if I didn’t scoop it

  Waited 30+ minutes. Staff called my name and ignored me. Then another employee was rude instead of helping. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here.

  Unfortunately Door Dash delivered my order and due to their delay, food was cold. Speaking with Manager Jacob made a difference in keeping my business at Papa John's. The food was prepared quickly and waited for the doordash driver. For whatever reason, delivery was the issue resulting in cold food.

  Extremely disappointed with the service here. I placed a pickup order at 11:30 AM for a 5:30 PM pickup to ensure everything would be ready for a party. When I arrived on time, I was told they hadn’t even started the order because a 'large order' pop up. It takes an extra 30 minutes to get our pizzas while my party was starting. What is the point of pre-ordering six hours in advance if the store doesn't respect the pickup time? No phone call, no heads up, just poor management. If they can’t make it, at least call so I don’t have to travel here and found out myself. I would give negative stars if possible.
