For example, when I order at 5pm, it says it will arrive at 545pm. At 545 it still hasnt even been picked up from the store. Then the tracker says it will be delivered st 610, but every few minutes it changes to a later time. Eventually, it shows up around 7pm or 730pm. Annnnd the pizza isnt hot anymore.

We are college kids and go spend 80+ dollars to be late for the rest of the night was really disappointing. Maybe under staffed? I hope it gets better.

I called tonight because I had made another order that’s also 45 min late so far. When I asked about a refund, the manager told me he was too busy to help me and told me to call back later. Terrible customer service, can’t get an order right. I wish we could order from a different location, but the one on University is the one the delivers to us.
