When I arrived on time, I was told they hadn’t even started the order because a 'large order' pop up. It takes an extra 30 minutes to get our pizzas while my party was starting. What is the point of pre-ordering six hours in advance if the store doesn't respect the pickup time? No phone call, no heads up, just poor management. If they can’t make it, at least call so I don’t have to travel here and found out myself. I would give negative stars if possible.

For example, when I order at 5pm, it says it will arrive at 545pm. At 545 it still hasnt even been picked up from the store. Then the tracker says it will be delivered st 610, but every few minutes it changes to a later time. Eventually, it shows up around 7pm or 730pm. Annnnd the pizza isnt hot anymore.

We are college kids and go spend 80+ dollars to be late for the rest of the night was really disappointing. Maybe under staffed? I hope it gets better.
