Bags of trash sitting in front of where you need to dispose of dishes and your own trash. Food orders were not correct. And most disturbing of all was a very well put together lady sitting by the fireplace, yelling into it and generally into the room. Very disturbing

It took 30 minutes to get 1 sandwich. We had to take it with us so that we were not late for a doctor appointment. Talked to other customers who had the same problem. We had dinner at Olive Gardens the same night, ordered 2 drinks, salad, an appetizer and 2 dinners. All of it was delivered in about 20 minutes. Panera is going to lose a lot of business if they don’t correct the wait times for ordering and getting food out of the kitchen at the Madison east location.
