Took them 3 tries to get a salad correct. This is the third straight visit where that location has had issues. The last time they didn’t have all the ingredients for our order. Said “ok” and added extra protein. Panera then charged me considerably more for the entree; didn’t have all the ingredients advertised but then charged me MORE. Be aware, Panera does NOT subtract when their customers don’t receive all ingredients, but have no problem charging more when you add to.

They have a great assortment of bakery items. Also good coffee nice assortment of cheese to choose from and a good menu. They had had a little bit of a downswing for a while with their service but it’s gotten a lot better so it’s just a lovely place to have lunch with a friend
