Genuinely thought that my order that was placed was a simple and easy one that, and considering that there were two others that had just gotten a drink and two sandwiches, that I'd get mine in a relatively timely manner.
Nope. Because for some reason, my order fell behind two additional ones that somehow appeared, that instead of prioritizing what orders first came in? Had done those instead.
And I'm already looking at the clock, regretting my decision, because it took over 15 minutes just to prepare: a 4-5 ingredient sandwich, the toast just being three, and two bites. And ALL of it hardly had any taste to it. I seriously question how I was eating something that has sauce, butter, and seasoning to it, and it somehow still ended up tasting like air.
But I guess that's what you get for having majority of your food items come out of the freezer, shame on me for that.
If I had known better, I would've kept going to not risk being late, and had figure something else out instead of here. Because it was not worth the $15.15 for something that I could've found with more flavor and substance at a gas station. Not to mention that majority of the staff look like they wanna be there, what with back-of-the-house conversations that you can hear, and general body language that screams that they don't wish to offer a service.
Here's my reminder to myself to not bother with this place again.

Me and my friends ordered coffee and then later lunch and were studying as Panera is a common study spot. We probably collectively spent $50 and were partially paying to study there. There were people there up to hours longer than us, and the manager kicked us out because he “had people waiting for tables”. I understand people are waiting for tables but we also payed to be there.

Again it's a good place to go to sometimes they get your order wrong but really no complaints I think it's pretty good.

Avery and Bradley are SUPERB customer service people. I have been a customer for years and recently had an unfortunate experience FOR THE FIRST TIME. Avery told me to come in and I did and Bradley was MORE than gracious - I had to turn down all he offered as the resolution was far greater than the mishap. I hope these gentlemen are appreciated and appropriately rewarded. Thanks so much.

I go to this location due to it being where I normally shop but I will try to not go to this location again for awhile. Yesterday I purchased two Asian Sesame Chicken Salads. When I got home, there was no chicken on my salads and only had one dressing cup per salad. These were full salads so I only received half of my dressing. Interestingly, enough on the receipt that they stick to the bag there was no initials or markings to where they do a check on the final product.
