Yes, it's McDonalds and I understand that is not exactly 5 star dining but if you want a McDonald's meal you know what you're getting on that front. The service is always consistent and fast and the food comes out exactly as ordered.

Horrible customer service. My tee wasn’t sweet, I asked for a different one, respectfully. He refused to give me a new one, said he couldn’t do it, because he knew it was sweet. I asked for a different drink item, he said he couldn’t do that. The proceeds to refuse to give me his name.

Worst customer service, I’ve experienced at a McDonald’s. I received the wrong sandwich & drink. Had to return to the store. Initially I went through the drive thru. I stood waiting to acknowledge for a few minutes. They definitely saw me as they were giving the Dashers their orders. I eventually called out and got his attention. I told the manager about the wrong items he took the sandwich and said do you something else, as he was bothered that he had to deal with me. I said no I want what I ordered after he gave me the order he showed no compassion, remorse nor did he apologize. I actually asked him about not showing remorse then another employee stepped in and said sorry for the wrong order.
