  Every time I arrive they ask if I am an uber then make me wait for 10 minutes only to tell me it’s cash only and their systems don’t work.

  This location is absolutely terrible. I have never once gotten fresh fries from here. I've done everything from straight up asking them to make them fresh to ordering with no salt. They'll straight up just lie to your face. Last night I decided to brave getting food because it was the day before payday. Again soggy fries but this time with a twist, they where salted to hell and back. The burgers I ordered where also destroyed with salt. Makes sense though looking at the employees. The fatigue is real.

  I would not recommend that women or children come to this McDonald’s. The lobby smells horrible. There was nine homeless people sitting in there just hanging out. I was asked if I had change or cigarettes multiple times while I was waiting for my food. I also witnessed two of them exchanging drugs on the table and another couple was vaping inside. Because of How bad the lobby smelled it made me nauseous and I didn’t even eat my food. I just threw it away. I was going to sit there and eat, but even if I decided to there would’ve been nowhere for me to sit because all the tables were taken by individuals that were almost just sitting There. The people that run and manage this location need to remember that they are a food establishment and this is not appropriate for it. I understand they’re homeless and do not have a lot of options to go to, but this is not an excuse to deal with harassment and have to deal with the smells when coming there and being a customer.

  How hard is it to properly take an order of like 4 things? How do you forget an entire meal in the order and then refuse to fix it?

  My Uber driver said they already gave my food to the wrong driver and refused to remake it. I called to try and clear up communication and get my food. The man who picked up was immediately rude, not listening to what I was saying, raising his voice and going on about how they never make mistakes. I've worked food service for years and I would never be allowed to talk to a customer like that. Terrible experience.
