  1) No paper in kiosk receipt printer. 2) Took a number to my table and waited 12 minutes - no food was brought. Went to the counter where it sat coldly.

  Besides getting attitude with my food i try to avoid the place as they hate to fix A situation or just chose to act as if they don’t understand the food is not always bad besides the roach i saw on the counter i asked for mayo packets an got oil instead Geuss yall gotta check the dates to unforently this one is the closest to me and i stop eating here long ago and only eat here if i can afford it it won’t even add the picture but you get it

  People only stop here in emergencies and the cost is always deadlier than the hunger. I watched my bag on the counter from the drive thru window for 7 minutes while the CSR chatted on his phone. When I complained about the cold burger, they took it in back for 7 minutes and microwaved it for 30 seconds. Lazy, inexperienced,inept, zero stars. If there is any place at else available, please trust the reviews.

  Why is it that when I complain nobody ever gets back to me? The waunakee store owes me over $30 and nobody will call me from there to fix the issue that they made. The Sauk City store seems to be the only store that cares about its customers that I've been to. But this store I specifically went through the drive-thru and asked for fresh chicken nuggets these chicken nuggets are so dry and so hard and I told them the last three times I've come the chicken nuggets have been bad it's the only thing my grandkids like to eat and it's just makes it easy to stop and grab some to tide them over till dinner but these are horrible and they always always forget the sauce I ordered 3 sweet and sour sauce and was given two honey packets. I am so sick and tired of getting home and having no sauce I have talked to this manager several times about this and she always apologizes she always says she'll say something but she never does it's on the receipt somebody should be responsible for putting the stuff in the bag that goes with the food because I don't keep McDonald's sweet and sour sauce at home and I shouldn't have to go back because if I have to go back then the food is not going to be fresh. Your job is not that hard do your job right do your job right the people here always seem nice but they do a horrible job and I don't care how nice you are if the food sucks and I don't get what I order. Also there is a man that hangs out at the drive thru asking for cash everyday all day he seems to be here. It is really I uncomfortable. He approaches every car... oh and now it's a couple that just hang out and the man approaches all of the cars. It's creepy. Someone needs to do something

  All the workers are mean and sad, the bathrooms and floor are very messy. Most of the staff don't give you the food unless you go up and ask. It says pick up for a reason, not go up. Still go here often because it's cheap and the only McDonald's near me. This place needs improvement.
