I went to pick up the sandwich I ordered online & asked if there was a napkin in the bag. The smart ass kid (blonde curly haired kid) said "you didn't say you wanted a napkin when you ordered".
I went online to look because I didn't remember seeing an option for a napkin. Just as I thought, there isn't an option to select a napkin. Is it really a big deal to get a napkin with my sandwich? Could he have said "no, would you like one?"
Kind of rude if you ask me.

5 stars!! Ive dealt with some frustrations at other Jimmy John’s locations but the experience I had either was 2nd to none. Never met a staff that was so welcoming and excited to be there. Brett in particular greeted me and my wife, and confirmed everything we ordered, and my wife is VERY particular on her order being correct. This location was very clean, easy process, and different from what I’m used to. Not usually compelled to leave a review but this definitely deserved it. Thank you Brett & staff for all you do! Jimmy Johns is lucky to have you

Was eating my sandwich when I noticed the bottom was moldy, which means someone made it with the mold and saw it. Not cool. Never again. Used to like this place but this definitely crossed the line.
