    Was eating my sandwich when I noticed the bottom was moldy, which means someone made it with the mold and saw it. Not cool. Never again. Used to like this place but this definitely crossed the line.

    I ordered a 30 piece party box for a football team, which should have been 15 Turkey tom and 15 Vito. I placed my order over the phone, picked up with no issue. I get to the game and realize the subs did not have the items on the sandwiches that were listed in the description. I called the store, the person on the phone informed me they were the manager, I explained the situation and he offered for me to come pick up what was missing on the sandwiches(what a joke). Further into the conversation I asked to speak to his supervisor, which he stated wouldn’t be in until Monday. I asked for his name and the supervisor’s name and he refused, stating he didn’t feel comfortable giving out names. He proceeds to tell me he couldn’t give me a refund, which I never expected but to right out tell me there’s nothing you can do when you messed up my order is insane. I have never had a probably with my orders being corrected or price adjustments until today at this location. I place catering orders often for my children’s sports events. I will definitely be following up with the store manager and or corporate. Customer service is trash

    I’m not sure if this is an issue with Jimmy John’s overall, but the quality has noticeably declined. We used to love eating here, but lately, almost every visit has been disappointing. Most all the locations we stop at get the order wrong, take too long, or skimp on ingredients—even when requesting extra. At this particular location, we ordered three subs. Two were made incorrectly, and all three had very little lettuce or other toppings. It feels like customer care and attention to detail are no longer a priority. With so many other sub shops available, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
