  I preordered a dozen valentine’s day donuts on 2/13 for 2:30pm pick up on 2/14 because I work at the hospital near by. I spoke to Manny when I ordered them. Today 2/14 2:30 they did not have my donuts and told me no one told them about my valentines order for work.

  Yesterday was the second—and last—time we’ll visit this Dunkin location. The first time, on a Friday night, they were already out of doughnuts, which I tried to overlook. But yesterday at 2 p.m. on a Saturday, the drive-thru employee was rude and confidently said they had Boston Crème doughnuts, only to admit moments later that there were just two left when I asked for four. Being nearly out of doughnuts at 2 p.m. on a Saturday shows a serious lack of responsibility to customers. Completely unacceptable—this location has earned its one-star rating.

  Unfortunately this has been the consistently worst location I’ve been to. I have a very simple order of an iced caramel latte with whole milk, no other alterations and each time it either comes with the wrong ingredients, tastes terrible, or I end up getting the wrong drink. It’s extra frustrating due to the location and the traffic and road medians to get around and even go back through the drive thru especially more than once to get the right drink.

  This is by far the worst place to go, everytime walk in everyone’s on there phones they are not attentive to their customers. It takes them forever to do anything let alone they won’t greet you when you walk in. They treat you like you are disturbing their phone time. I went in to get a water and a guy walked out after 5 minutes of standing in the lobby alone, and said he would be right with me and never came back out so I walked out. Additionally I tried calling to speak to the store manager and the phone rings once and goes right to voicemail. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
