I asked the person behind the counter if they had my order #/name. She said no. I double checked the ordering location just to be sure. I confirmed it was 801 Park. She checked the Roll of pending orders and there it was. It took her another 6-8 minutes to get my order completed. I didn't walk out with my order until 8:17! The mobile orders kept coming in! Not a good experience.

My request is very simple and always the same: I ask for four (4) packets of Splenda. On all three occasions, my drink was made with absolutely zero Splenda. The first time, I assumed it was an honest mistake. The second time, it was frustrating. The third time in a row, it's just unacceptable carelessness. It shows a complete lack of attention to detail from the staff. It's such a simple instruction, but it's clear the staff either isn't reading the order or simply doesn't care. It's frustrating to pay for a drink, walk away, and then discover it's completely wrong. Because of this consistent failure to fulfill a basic request, I have lost all confidence in this store. I will not be wasting my money here again and will be taking my business elsewhere.
