  i don't usually post negative reviews but i'm hoping upper management might see this. i've had decent experiences at this location thus far but tonight i submitted an order for 7:30. it's 10pm now and i never received my food even after calling to ask about the status. this store is severely understaffed and i sympathize. i probably won't be back as i'd rather not be out of my money again.

  I had a terrible experience with this Domino’s. I placed a delivery order and never received it. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered the phone. Because of that, I went to the store myself to pick up the order, only to be treated very poorly. The staff were rude, ignored me, and didn’t listen when I tried to explain the situation. There was no apology, no effort to help, and no customer service at all. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will not be ordering from this location again. Also the charge for the delivery and tip were transacted. When I asked for a refund since I picked up my order myself, the lady ignored me and walked out.

  Terrible Management – Avoid This Location Order #660611 (12/28/25) from the Cottage Grove Rd Domino’s was made incorrectly. The order clearly stated pepperoni on ONE SIDE ONLY, NO sausage. The pizza was wrong. When I called, the manager was rude and dismissive, said he would remake it, then later claimed I ordered it wrong and said he was doing nothing. After that, the store stopped answering the phone entirely. We were left at home with kids waiting for food, and I had to call another Domino’s location just to get help. The manager also refused to give his name or any contact info. This isn’t a simple mistake — it’s a management failure. Avoid this location.

  Come here all the time since its right down the street. Past three times we've ordered the bacon stuffed cheesy bread with no jalepenos and they put EXTRA jalepenos. These times I've also noticed there's only one employee in the store which is not only dangerous but causes more room for mistakes. And each time that employee is understandably unpleasant. They also no longer cut all the way through the bread or pizza so we had to recut it at home. Don't know why the past year this location seemed to just loose its give a damn but it is sad to see and hope it gets corrected sometime soon otherwise Pizza Hut is literally across the parking lot

  Unfortunately this location has really gone downhill this year. Delivery used to be timely and delicious. We’ve now had 2 or 3 experiences of extremely long wait times. Tonight’s was 2 hours 40 min. On top of long waits, bad customer service. Called to check state as online tracker showed “quality check” for 45 minutes. No answer on the first try. Called again, was then told on their end the system showed out for delivery. I asked if they could have driver contact with update? Employee then consulted manager to ask - I hear him in the background state my order was on standby for pickup from a driver and was next in line. The employee gets back on the line and says the driver will contact me? I asked about the managers comment, confirming that my order had in fact been sitting for the past 45 minutes. After a long pause she said “I guess” to which I asked so you’re providing me false updates then? She HUNG UP! Obviously receiving an order within the hour is ideal but I would have understood a busy Sunday night. I called back, the manager answered, informed him the woman not only lied to me but hung up on me and I really didn’t appreciate that. He was kind and apologetic and provided a truthful update. Still look an additional hour and 40 min to receive the order. Cold, not fresh, unappetizing. Majorly disappointing service - when did that become normal?
