The workers are always super kind. The only problem is when i get veggie bowls i end up finding pieces of chicken inside. When they are pouring different items sometimes it falls into the seperate containers causing contamination and mixing. Because of this I had to throw away my bowl a few times after finding pieces of chicken.

Not sure why it is so hard to cook rice properly. Every time I go to this location the rice is old (not hot) and clumps horribly. You are overcooking or using too much water with the white rice. The brown rice is the exact opposite, too hard and undercooked. No chimmichurri sauce even though that's the special right now... Hit or miss what is fresh there. At least the employees are nice and try their best.

The past 3 times I have ordered a burrito Bowl through door dash, it has shown up with only 1/2-2/3rds the amount of food as when I have gone in to order, even with double meat. I tried to call them to ask if they are able to at least fill it up so it looks something like the picture. Their phone ai is about as competent as their portion consistency and after describing that I wanted to ask about a future delivery order, it flat out refused my request to allow me to speak to anyone at the store and transferred me to their catering line where I got a recording that it would be a 5min hold time. Just order qdoba or even another chipotle location. This location just isn't worth the disappointment they fill your bowl with. If I really wanted chipotle that badly, Id drive to the monona location.

I've been a customer at this location for years as I and always order the same thing, a chicken burrito. Today was the last straw on a growing trend that Chipotle seems to inflict on its customers and I will be going to Qdoba from now on. Heres why. It's no secret that if you order a burrito bowl and ask for a tortilla on the side you will get a lot more food for your money. I never used this well-known secret since I'm usually happy that each time I get a burrito it's packed with food as well. Over the last year I've noticed a decline in the amount of food given in burritos, and its coming from admin. Today I got a burrito that was so small, it was probably half tortilla. The server gave me a tiny pile of rice, sprinkled about 10 single cheese shreds, and 7 leafs of individual lettuce leaves. The server seemed very new, but they are trained to do this. All of this while the man getting served next to me received massive scoops of rice in his burrito bowl, and by the end, had a mountain of food spilling off the sides. These two items are basically the same price... So to get my money's worth now I'm expected to abuse this "burrito bowl hack"? I don't blame the server. Little known fact is it's literally in there policy to underfill burritos from mobile order to save the company money, they get away with it since you don't check it until you get home. Now they are doing it to people who don't mobile order too? There's a pretty great YouTube documentary exposing this method that I reccomend you check out. All to save corporate a few more 💲💲💲. Also, the first bite of my food had a chicken ligament in it. Sheesh! Qdoba now has a customer for life. *Picture taken after 4-5 bites*
